REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION
To access the camping and accommodations, it is mandatory to register at the reception.
For this, the presentation of the ID card of all persons over 16 years of age is necessary, as well as signing the entry register.
Bungalows
Check-in time: from 5:00 pm.
Check-out time: before 10:00 am.
Camping:
Check-in time: 1:00 pm.
Check-out time: 12:00 pm.
Outside these hours, you can inquire at the reception. You can use our facilities and services during the waiting period.
BILLING
The outstanding amount will be paid on the day of arrival, in accommodations.
At the camping site, payment will be made the day before departure.
VISITS
All visitors must be communicated and registered at the reception, paying the amount according to the corresponding adult or child rate.
SILENCE AND REST HOURS
From 12:00 am to 8:00 am, please observe maximum silence. If you use the car outside of these hours, please leave it in the entrance parking lot.
Between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, customers should avoid all kinds of noise, voices, and regulate sound devices not to disturb their neighbors.
CIRCULATION (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, electric scooters)
Pedestrians must use the streets to move around and not cross through the plots.
The camping streets are pedestrian, and cars and motorcycles cannot exceed 10 km/h. Extreme caution should be taken while driving.
To reduce noise, if the car will be used more than once a day, park it in the parking lot at the entrance.
On the plots, cars must be parked within them, not in the adjacent plot or on the street.
Bicycles and Scooters:
• Racing in the streets and the area is prohibited.
• During dark periods, it is mandatory to turn on lights and exercise extreme caution.
• Remember that electric scooters must have liability insurance.
POOL
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. It is mandatory to shower before swimming.
Diving headfirst is not allowed.
BARBECUES
The camping site has an area for charcoal barbecues.
The use of portable barbecues is allowed if they are gas or electric.
WATER SOURCES
The fountains provide drinking water, and their use is limited to this function, water collection.
For reasons of hygiene and health, it is forbidden to use them for personal hygiene, washing dishes, clothes, animals, or pouring any type of substance.
ELECTRICITY IN PLOTS
Customers who have contracted this service (6A or 10A) can connect to the electrical supply.
The customer is responsible for their electrical installation. Cables and connectors must be in good condition and protected from the weather.
PETS
They are allowed in bungalows and camping areas.
They must remain supervised and tied at all times, properly identified and with liability insurance and a health certificate.
They are not allowed in Casa Costa apartments.
SELECTIVE COLLECTION
Selective collection is mandatory. There are containers next to the women's bathroom building in front of the pool.
For bulky items and other categories, please contact the reception, do not leave them abandoned on the ground.
RESPONSIBILITY
Camping Laspaúles is not responsible for matters beyond its control, such as:
• Theft, robbery, disappearance of bicycles, or other objects.
• Injuries or lesions within our facilities.
• Damages caused by force majeure or not directly attributable, produced by tree resin, ants, bees, wasps, or any other insect or animal, rain, wind, hail, floods, etc.
• Appliances left plugged in in the absence of the customer.
• Found objects are kept for 15 days. After this period, they will be considered outside the scope of custody.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
It is mandatory to have at least Civil Liability insurance for caravans.
For monthly and fixed stays, if there is gas, it is mandatory to present a copy of the Periodic Review Certificate and the policy upon arrival.
DEPARTURE
Accommodations
Upon departure, the accommodation must be in good condition: without damages, with furniture in the same position as on the day of arrival, dishes washed, and garbage removed.
Plot
It must be clean of papers and other objects.
