If the booking is cancelled 15 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, except for €10 as a management fee.

Between 7 and 15 days before arrival, you can choose either to receive a refund of 50% of the deposit or to keep the full amount as a credit for a future booking, to be used within 6 months from the cancellation date.

If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
